Introduction To My Blog

I am studying Media Studies at A-level at Hatch End Sixth Form and I am currently in my A2 year of college. Our coursework assignment was to create our own rendition of a music video of a song of our choice. Additionally we must create the album cover in relation to our music video, as well as a magazine advertisment which raises awareness of our new music video.

As a group, we were given choices of how to evaluate our work for this coursework assignment, consisting of a blog, a powerpoint, a podcast, or DVD extras. For my AS coursework I evaluated my work on a powerpoint which, throughout this experience, acquired me with many more skills, mainly in areas concerning presentation, however for this term I have opted to evaluate my progress on a blog, as it will provide me with new skills which will expand my knowledge and experience.

I plan on distributing my planning and evaluation on my blog, as well as any evidence of multimedia which has inspired my directions concerning my final product. I hope my blog is a success and I culminate the coursework assignment with new skills and a improved intellect, gained by deciding to present my work through a website. Finally, I very much hope that you enjoy following my work on the course.
